WallPrompt Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WallPrompt Android application and its related services (“WallPrompt,” “App,” or “Service”).

By accessing or using WallPrompt, you agree to these Terms, our End User License Agreement, Privacy Policy, and AI Content Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use WallPrompt. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

WallPrompt is not directed to children under 13.

1.2 Accounts

Parts of the wallpaper catalog may be available without an account. AI generation requires a non-anonymous Firebase account and valid application verification.

When creating or using an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep your password and credentials confidential.
• Not share, sell, or transfer your account.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You are responsible for activities performed through your account.

2. WallPrompt Features

WallPrompt may provide:

• A catalog of curated wallpapers.
• Wallpaper preview and download features.
• AI-assisted prompt enhancement and image generation.
• Local storage of generated images and prompts.
• In-app reporting and content-deletion controls.
• Rewarded advertisements for certain non-premium actions.
• An optional premium subscription through Google Play.

Features may vary based on your device, country, account status, App version, network connection, provider availability, and subscription status.

3. AI Image Generation

3.1 Requirements

AI generation requires a signed-in account, successful app verification, and availability within your applicable generation limit.

We may apply daily limits, cooldowns, global service limits, or other restrictions to control abuse, security risks, and operating costs. These limits may change.

3.2 AI Processing

Your prompt and selected generation settings are sent through Firebase Cloud Functions to OpenAI for prompt enhancement and image generation. Generated images use temporary cloud delivery before being downloaded to your device.

3.3 Generated Output

AI-generated output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, inappropriate, or similar to output generated for another user.

We do not guarantee that output is:

• Unique or original.
• Accurate or suitable for a specific purpose.
• Free from resemblance to third-party content.
• Eligible for copyright or other legal protection.
• Free from all errors or potentially offensive material.

You must review every generated image before using, publishing, or sharing it.

4. Local and Temporary Storage

Generated images, prompts, and history are stored primarily in WallPrompt’s private application storage on your device. They are not intended to remain in a permanent cloud gallery and are not automatically synchronized between devices.

A generated image is temporarily placed in Firebase Storage so it can be delivered to the App. After successful local delivery, WallPrompt requests deletion of the managed remote copy. Temporary objects also become eligible for automated deletion after they are one day old.

Local content may be permanently lost if you:

• Delete the image through WallPrompt.
• Clear the App’s storage or data.
• Delete your WallPrompt account.
• Uninstall the App without a usable device backup.
• Lose access to or damage your device.

You should save a separate copy of any generated image you wish to retain.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use WallPrompt to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
• Create child sexual abuse, exploitation, or sexualized content.
• Create non-consensual intimate content or sexual deepfakes.
• Create hateful, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory content.
• Encourage self-harm, violence, or dangerous behavior.
• Facilitate crime, fraud, scams, or malicious activity.
• Impersonate another person deceptively.
• Create deceptive election content or fake official documents.
• Expose credentials or sensitive personal information.
• Introduce malware or interfere with the Service.
• Scrape or overload the Service through automated requests.
• Bypass authentication, App Check, moderation, quotas, rewarded ads, subscriptions, or other restrictions.
• Create multiple accounts to evade limits or enforcement.

6. User Content and Rights

6.1 Your Prompts

You retain any rights you already hold in prompts and other content you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to submit and use that content.

6.2 Processing License

You grant us and our service providers a limited license to host, transmit, transform, moderate, and process your prompts and generated output only as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the requested Service.
• Deliver generated images to your device.
• Apply safety and abuse controls.
• Secure, troubleshoot, and maintain WallPrompt.
• Comply with applicable law.

6.3 Generated Images

As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by applicable law and provider terms, you may use generated output subject to these Terms and our policies.

You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed to use names, likenesses, brands, copyrighted works, trademarks, or personal information appearing in your prompts or generated images.

7. WallPrompt Intellectual Property

WallPrompt’s software, source code, design, branding, trademarks, and curated wallpaper catalog are owned by us or licensed to us.

Unless a separate notice states otherwise, curated wallpapers are provided under a limited license for personal, non-commercial use as device wallpapers.

Downloading curated content does not transfer ownership or grant commercial redistribution rights.

8. Reporting and Moderation

WallPrompt provides in-app controls for reporting content. You agree to provide truthful and relevant information when submitting a report.

You must not submit:

• False or deliberately misleading reports.
• Automated or duplicate spam reports.
• Threatening, abusive, or unrelated information.
• Unnecessary personal or sensitive information.

We may review reports, remove managed content, preserve evidence, warn users, restrict generation, suspend accounts, or notify authorities when required by law.

We do not guarantee a particular report outcome or individual response.

9. Rewarded Advertising

Certain non-premium actions may require you to choose and complete a rewarded advertisement.

Rewarded advertisements are delivered through Google AdMob and may use Unity or another configured advertising provider through mediation.

• Ad availability is not guaranteed.
• A reward applies only to the specific action or session shown in the App.
• Rewards have no cash or transferable value.
• Automated ad interaction, fraudulent impressions, or bypassing ad requirements is prohibited.

10. Premium Subscription

WallPrompt may offer an automatically renewing premium subscription through Google Play.

Before purchase, the Google Play purchase screen displays the current price, billing period, renewal terms, and any available introductory offer or trial.

• Payment is processed through your Google Play account.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before renewal.
• Premium benefits may end if the subscription expires, is cancelled, refunded, revoked, or placed on hold.
• Refund eligibility is determined by Google Play and applicable law.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, stored, retained, and deleted.

Third-party services integrated with WallPrompt may process information according to their respective terms and privacy policies.

12. Account Deletion

You may request permanent account deletion from the WallPrompt Profile screen after completing recent authentication.

If you no longer have access to the App, you may use WallPrompt’s public account-deletion resource or contact us.

The deletion process removes managed information including:

• Your Firebase Authentication account.
• Managed AI-generation history and remote assets.
• Generation request and quota records.
• Managed entitlement records associated with your UID.
• Account-scoped generated content stored locally by the App.

Moderation reports may be retained without your UID for up to 24 months for safety, abuse prevention, or legal compliance. Account deletion cannot be undone.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access if:

• You materially violate these Terms or another WallPrompt policy.
• You use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• You create a security, legal, financial, or operational risk.
• You attempt to evade restrictions or abuse the Service.
• Continued operation becomes unlawful or unavailable.

Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.

14. Service Changes and Availability

We may change, replace, limit, or discontinue:

• Generation models and service providers.
• Usage limits and quotas.
• Wallpaper catalog content.
• Advertising providers and reward availability.
• Premium features and other functionality.

Maintenance, network problems, provider failures, device limitations, and regional restrictions may interrupt the Service. We do not promise permanent availability or permanent storage of content.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WallPrompt is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability.
• That every feature will work on every device.
• Accuracy, quality, uniqueness, or legality of AI output.
• Permanent availability of any provider or generated content.
• That the Service will meet every user requirement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profit, goodwill, business, or opportunity arising from WallPrompt.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from third-party claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of WallPrompt.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your prompts, generated output, or distribution of content.
• Your violation of another person’s rights.

This provision does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Courts located in Lahore, Pakistan will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law permits you to bring a claim elsewhere.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and changing the effective date.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change becomes effective.

20. General Provisions

• If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
• Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written permission.
• We may transfer these Terms as part of a reorganization, acquisition, or transfer of WallPrompt.

These Terms, the EULA, Privacy Policy, and AI Content Policy form the agreement governing your use of WallPrompt.
